Your task

  • Planung, Organisation und Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Transporte
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Fracht- und Zollpapieren
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Spediteuren zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
  • Koordination von Terminen und Überwachung der Lieferketten
  • Kalkulation von Transportkosten und Angebotserstellung
  • Pflege und Verwaltung relevanter Daten in den IT-Systemen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
     

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Speditions- oder Logistikbranche von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Organisation und Abwicklung von Transport- und Logistikdienstleistungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen und MS Office
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
