We are looking for project engineers for our headquarter in Wilhelmshaven as well as for our offices in Hamburg and Rostock.

Your task

Coordination, control and implementation of worldwide repair, maintenance, conversion and new building projects

Carrying out ship inspections and conceptualizing possible repair and solution approaches

Preparation and review of technical specifications and installation concepts

Preparation of cost calculations and quotations

Obtaining and evaluating external supplies and services

Customer support during the project phase and in the course of project implementation

Preparation of technical drawings and project documentation

Communication and reporting with and to the division management
Your profile
- Ship operation or mechanical engineer, state-certified technician in mechanical engineering or comparable training with professional experience as a manager
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented service mindset
- Confident appearance, negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Willingness to work and travel
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific class regulations and general rules of technology
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office
- Experience with CAD software desirable, but not necessary
- Fluent written and spoken English
