Your task

  • Unterstützung im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Einstellung
  • Sichtung und Vorauswahl von Bewerbungen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung unserer Bewerberdaten
  • Organisation und Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und HR-Dokumenten
  • Mitwirkung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

Your profile

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Interesse an HR-Themen und Recruiting
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
