Your task
- Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen, Materialien sowie Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen und Ersatzteilen für nationale und internationale Projekte
- Auswahl, Bewertung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten im In- und Ausland
- Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten sowie Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Abwicklung des gesamten Bestellprozesses inkl. Terminüberwachung
- Pflege von Auftrags- und Stammdaten sowie Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Klärung von Abweichungen
- Organisation von Transporten inkl. Versand- und Zolldokumentation
- Mitarbeit in projektbezogenen Beschaffungsvorgängen
Your profile
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium
- Erfahrung im Einkauf bzw. in der Beschaffung, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
- Technisches Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge
- Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen, Materialien sowie Ersatzteilen, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen
- Verhandlungssicherheit bei Preisen und Konditionen
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in der Zollabwicklung wünschenswert
