Your task

  • Unterstützung bei der kaufmännischen Auftragsabwicklung – von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Rechnungsprüfung.
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden-, Lieferanten- und Auftragsdaten im ERP-System.
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Übersichten und Reports für das Projekt- und Managementteam.
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft (z. B. Dokumentation, Ablage, Korrespondenz).
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Buchhaltung und Projektleitung.

Your profile

  • Eingeschriebene:r Student:in 
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel).
  • Interesse an kaufmännischen Prozessen und technischen Projekten.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität.
